Debit/Credit Card

With Checked Bags – 90 minutes prior to departure

Without Bags but still need a printed boarding pass – 60 minutes prior to departure

Without Bags and already has boarding pass (printed or electronic) – 45 minutes prior to departure

Basic Economy – 1 Personal Item ONLY (9in X 10in X 17in)

Economy – 1 Carry On and 1 Personal Item.

Oversized is anything over 62 linear inches. (L+W+H)

Heavy is anything over 50lbs

What’s allowed:

• Economy – 50lbs max
• First/Business (on connecting flight) – 70lbs max (2 bags are free)
• Premier Silver, Gold, Platinum, 1K, and Star Alliance Gold – 70lbs max (bag allotment depends on status)
• Military – Personal Travel allows 3 (70lbs max per bag @ 62 linear inches), Military dependent with travel orders allows 2 (70lbs max per bag @ 62 linear inches), Official business allows 5(100lbs max per bag @ 115 linear inches)

Bags cannot exceed 100lbs except for musical instruments and assistive devices.
